This movie has an interesting story. The original version of this movie was made in Hindi Khudgarz . The rights of that movie were bought by Krishnam Raju and he remade it as Prana Snehitulu Stg Krishnam Raju Sarat Babu Radha. Its rights were bought by a tamil producer and remade it in tamil as Annamalai Rajinikanth Khusboo . Strangely one telugu producer again bought this much rehashed modified version of its original Hindi counterpart and again remade it in telugu as this movie ignoring Krishnam Raju's appeal through court that this movie infringed the copyrights but the latter upheld it.
