The Megastar, Chiranjeevi, comes up with another impressive performance in Master which rides solely on his own shoulders. There is some freshness and innovation in acting style which seems to be the only asset of this movie besides his attempt at singing a song. The song has become popular along with other ones too. This movie seems as if it is making a deliberate attempt to please the audience. Chiranjeevi plays the role of of a lecturer and the plot of the story is very familiar and old.
    Box office verdict: Hit
    ( TANA Patrika <> Sweet Home )

The film is good for songs, the song 'intiloki welcome antu gate theesinaadu master' is catchy and hummable. The girls acting as heroines are fresh and wear good dreeses. Chiranjeevi as lover looks a bit older for these girls though. The introductory tone whenever chiru goes in for fights is infact novel, and quite famous with cinegoers. Good. Can be watched for fun.
