Chiru is an engg. graduate and falls in love with Sumalatha. When they both want to get married, Sumalatha's parents are furious about this and don't agree for the marriage. Then Chiru and Sumalatha want to get married in a temple without the elders' consent. Chiru awaits Sumalatha at the temple and Sumalatha is held by her father and can't come to temple as per the plan. She dies in a car accident when she tries to reach the temple. Since then, Chiru becomes a drunkard and and an irresponsible person. On the other hand Rajyalakshmi witnesses Prasad Babu's murder by Raghuvaran and his staunch aide, Anthony. They also kill Rajyalakshmi, but her little kid (baby Sujitha), who is deaf-and-dumb by birth witnesses his mother's death. So the kid is the witness for their brutal murders. The kid escapes from them and he runs into Chiru. Chiru, having sympathized with the kid takes care of him. Raghuvaran comes to know that the kid is with Chiru now. They make a lot futile attempts to finish off the kid. Vijayasanthi is garrulous girl and she succeds in making Chiru love her and foreget his past. A police officer, KannaDa Prabhakar carries out the investigation and concludes that Raghuvaran would have killed Prasad Babu, who worked in his office, because of the 'akrama sambandham' between Raghuvaran's wife and Prasad Babu. Also the kid turns out to be Vijayasanrhi's nephew. In the climax, Raghuvaran kidnaps the kid and tries to force Chiru to commit suicide. But again the same history repeats- good winning over evil. Finally, Raghuvaran gets killed, when thrown off the skyscrapper and the kid is adopted by Chiru and Vijayasanthi.

A Remake of 'Witness' *ing Harrison Ford

This movie plagued the break dance mania to the Telugu audience for a couple of years (Even poor Krishna had to break-dance on the insistance of the distributers).
