Summary
The story involves Sandhya, daughter of a traditional father, who along with her family goes to USA for a better living, falls in love with Tom (American hero). Though her father Adinarayana Rao (Gummaluri Shastri) returns to India, she send her daughter to live with her Grand father, who in turn starts hating her American dad. The film opens with the arrival of Sandhya for her father's funeral and ends with her going back to USA with her daughter.

    Sivamani, who is a drummer in Balasubramanyam's music crew played the role of Black neighbour who is also in love with Sandhya.
    This was Gummaluri shastri's and Tom's (the american hero who was picked from an acting school by producer Gummaluri shastri) debut film.
