Summary
A show of friendship between two very close friends, of whom, one is a lawyer (Suhasini) and the other a Police inspector. Both fall in love with a rowdy turned policeman Chiranjeevi. Suhasini being the elder of the two, plays a very neat role, in particular wherever she shows affection to Vijayashanthi. Suhasini brings up Vijayashanthi as she is poor. Vijayashanthi who works in her house is given the status of a second daughter by Suhasini's mother due to Suhasini's influence. Suhasini helps her in education. Whenever Vijayashanthi feels inferior, she inspires her by giving good tips on dressing, education and courage. Later when she finds that Vijayashanthi loves Chiru, sacrifices her love and gets them married.

    Suhasini is always famous for being so caring and affectionate to her co-actressess. This film saw her hairdressing Vijayashanthi for all her songs and duets. Vijayasanti used to call her Suha Akka.
